Production Time/ Delivery Time
Allow approximately 6-7 weeks for all stock boot orders that are not
available in current stock inventory. If stock boots are available
in inventory but need modifications, please allow 1 week before
completion. Varnish and Chem Glaze Sole Finish add about 1 week to
production. Shipping add 6-7 working days.
Deposit
Minimum of S$200 deposit required for all stock boots orders and
S$300 deposit required for custom boots orders. Deposits are
NOT refundable once production of boots has begun.
Returns/Exchanges
All options added to boots means that they have been modified, and
are thus NOT returnable for refund
or exchange. All uncommon size boots are NOT returnable for
refund or exchange. Any boots that was in inventory when
purchased may be returned or exchange. OSL SKATEWEAR reserves
the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee for all returned
stock boots.
